Open Apple mail app

Click on “mail” at the top of your screen and then choose “Preferences"

Click on the “accounts” tab

Choose the account that is having the issue, in this example, we will use “artnet”

Choose the “Server Settings” Tab

Ensure that BOTH “Host Name” fields show the information below.

Choose SAVE at the bottom.

Give Apple Mail about 15 minutes, allowing it to work freely without any user interaction on Apple Mail and the issues should resolve itself. If it does not, please put in a helpdesk ticket and you will be answered in the order of tickets received.
