Certificate Issues Using Desktop Outlook for MAC Artnet/Anet users

To adjust the server address settings for your Desktop Outlook Email Application using an MAC operating system.

  1. Open the Outlook Application

  2. Next, choose Outlook at the top of your screen and choose “Preferences”

  3. Next, Choose “accounts”

  4. Click on your Artnet account on the left hand side.

  5. On the right hand side, adjust the Incoming and Outgoing Server fields to reflect mail.mailconfig.net
