Certificate Issues Using Desktop Outlook for Windows Artnet/Anet Users

To adjust the server address settings for your Desktop Outlook Email Application using an WINDOWS operating system.

  1. Choose “File” at the top of your Outlook.

  2. Choose “account settings”

  3. From the Dropdown that appears, choose “Server settings”

  4. Next, fill in “mail.mailconfig.net” for the Server Field.






  5. Next, perform the same steps for Outgoing, by clicking on “Outgoing mail”

  6. Fill in “mail.mailconfig.net” and click next.
