Unable to Log Into Client Area

Please follow these instructions to reset your Billing / Ticket Management portal login password:

 

 

  1. Navigate to https://manage.artnet.net/index.php

  2. Select “Forgot Password”

  3. It will bring you to the following:

  4. Type in your email address that you have on file with us for point of contact. (This may not be the email address that we provide for you. It could be your personal email account from another provider.)

  5. You will see the following screen

  6. Check your email account for the reset link. If you used an email that we provide for you, please check that email account by navigating to: mail.mailconfig.net

  7. From there, the email will look like the following
